Rules regarding images/logos and associated title (alt) text

When you buy pixels you do not own part of the Savings Board (on the homepage of SavingsBoard.com), rather you are granted the right to place your image/logo and link on the Savings Board for a maximum period equal to that which you have been authorized to do so by sponsorship department.

You must have the authority to provide the image/logo, mouse-over (alt) text and link for the website you submit.

No offensive/obscene images/logos and mouse-over (alt) text will be accepted and SavingsBoard.com decides what is appropriate for the SavingsBoard.com website.

After your image/logo and link are accepted and paid for you cannot get a refund.

Once accepted, uploaded onto the Savings Board and paid for, your image/logo and link cannot be changed except by re-purchasing new space. It cannot be moved to a different location on the Billboard. If in the future, for whatever reason, you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publicly available again. Your email address that you initially gave can only be changed with notification from your original email address to prevent impersonation or fraud. Consequently you must keep a current email address registered with SavingsBoard.com. Special exceptions to these rules may be considered but the decision of SavingsBoard.com management is final.

SavingsBoard.com reserves the right to remove dead links for images/logos (with no refund or warning).

SavingsBoard.com reserves the right to change the prices for advertising space, however this will not affect any orders already placed but not yet paid for.

General

The size of the Savings Board was chosen in order to balance the needs of users for a large mix of advertisers and to minimize scrolling. If considered appropriate at some time in the future, SavingsBoard.com may decide to slightly change the size of the Savings Board.

There might be occasional downtime for website maintenance or for other reasons beyond the control of SavingsBoard.com e.g. website hosting company server malfunction.
