Use and Ownership of Material
The Licensor's grants you a nonexclusive limited license to print coupons and have access to other products available through our the Sites by independent content providers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may only print coupons a reasonable amount. Any user printing too many coupons may be banned from this Site with or without notice. Coupons may NOT be photocopied. You acknowledge that the contents of the Site, including, without limitation, materials such as text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software, and other materials (collectively, the Material), are protected under both United States and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. All Material is the property of Licensor or its content suppliers or business partners. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of Licensor and protected by United States and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of the Material may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Licensor will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

Specific Prohibited Uses
The Sites may be used only for lawful purposes by current customers of Licensor and individuals seeking to learn more about Licensor and the goods and services offered by Licensor. Licensor specifically prohibits any other use of the Sites. In particular, all users agree not to use the Sites in connection with any of the following:

Limitation of Liability
The aggregate liability for Licensor to you for all claims arising from the use of the Sites or Materials is limited to $100.

Termination
Licensor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including, without limitation, termination of your ability to access the Sites and any other service provided to you by Licensor without notice, for any conduct that Licensor, in its sole discretion, believes violates any applicable law; is harmful to the interests of another user, third parties, or Licensor; or breaches these Terms. These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. If you no longer agree to be bound by the Terms, you must cease all further use of and access to the Sites, and any notification of termination or other rejection of the Terms is conditioned on such cessation. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Licensor, their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Material or Sites, your access or connection to the Sites, your violation of any rights of any party, or your breach of these Terms. Licensor shall provide notice to you of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit, or proceeding.

General
Licensor makes no claims that the Sites or any Materials contained herein may be lawfully viewed or downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Materials may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Sites from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of North Carolina, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction and venue for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts within Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
